You must be the person who are very enthusiastic and has high requirement of listening music, becuase Z4 Aurora's built-in Harman/Kardon stereo even could not satisfied your needs.

Yep, yep. Z4 Aurora can connect with speakers.
Option 1: Buy a speaker with bluetooth. Aurroa can connect with speaker as long as it has bluetooth function.

Option 2: The headphone jack on Z4 Aurora is binaural and coaxial.
Therefore, you can buy 3.5mm audio input stereo.

Option3: Buy a 3.5mm to 3RCA Connection Cable.
Looks like this:

I read specs for this projector that stated the AV port was a 3.5mm optical audio out port. I have been hearing conflicting information either way. It would not make sense to make a movie projector that does not output a surround sound track. Otherwise it is more of a business projector then an entertainment projector. We need someone with a cable to try it out and see if the AV port is optical. I would, but do not have the cable or the adapter to fit on a regular toslink cable. It would be nice if we had a way to get true surround sound out of our projector. A 3.5mm RCA cable will not provide separate channels for 5.1, 7.1, 7.2, or any other setups. It is very possible that the AV port on the back of the Z4 Aurora is a 3.5mm optical out port. Unfortunately, there is conflicting information from Xgimi on whether or not this is true.

Either way.....I still love my Z4 Aurora.

NOPE. We don't have optical output at all.
Why don't you just use Aurora to play what you need, si ...

Maybe because a big screen is only half of a whole home cinema experience

Actually you can buy some 3.5mm to Coaxial for Digital outout(picture) , and maybe just 3.5 to 2RCA for Stereo output

I do not believe the port is optical.

its 3.5mm to RCA Coaxial you need, I believe like this one.

My understanding is your limited to 5.1 compressed surround.

I too wish xgimi could do ARC via a firmware update to one of the ports, unless its not possible due to hardware??

Yes, thank you! I saw the answer, but before buying the cable, wanted to make sure that is the corre ...

You sure your amp only has a Touslink input? No coaxial port? If it doesn't have, you don't have to buy that cable since your amp couldn't connect with Aurora.

Here is conflicting information. I would like to hear a definite answer from technical support: how  ...

1. buy a Audio 3.5mm Stereo (4 Pole) to RCA Digital Coaxial Audio Connection Cable, looks like this:

2. Turn on your Aurora, go to <System Set> -> <General> -> <Sound output> -> choose <coaxial>
3. make sure you have an amplifier and connect your amplifer and Aurora with this cable

Will ARC be possible via an firmware update? Just thinking about pairing via a amplifier.

Also the AV port is supposed to support digital optical output. You need the adapter or the mini toslink cable.
