So that we are clear, will you please list your steps to do the System Software update from the Update Menu???

It's a shame that there is no way to change the language on your projector jangman8995.

Maybe something or some step is missing & I bet that it was a little step.

Have you tried to do a Hard Reset?

If you try that, once it boots up after doing the system reset, it will reboot and ask you to select some of the defaults like the Date - Time, Language, & join a wireless network.

Don't give up - Hang in there!!!

I contacted XGIMI support and they said there's no way to change the firmware on the Chinese version so I guess there's no solution to my issue. The lack of horizontal keystone in the Chinese version is a major issue and a deal breaker for me. I think I will sell my CC Aurora and buy a Nebula Mars 2 to avoid these issues in the future.

This is what I find really surprising about all of this with your projector & that there are no supports staff, personal, Tech support that has contributed to this thread.

They are not responding to emails or comments on Amazon either.
